This position is responsible for performing and overseeing the installation of all AUTEC car wash equipment and machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing operations, as well as servicing existing car wash equipment.

• Supervises all tasks for car wash installation.
• Works with building contractors, electricians, and plumbers at installation site.
• Reads and interprets site blueprints.
• Lays and welds steel track and other steel parts, as needed.
• Connects all peripheral equipment, as well as electrical wiring and cables.
• Diagnoses and repairs electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Provides initial customer training on car wash operation.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience, education, and/or training in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, and pneumatics.
• Valid NC Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and plumbing blueprints.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to perform well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to interact with customers courteously and professionally.
• Ability to make independent decisions.

$14 – $21 per hour
